摘要
目的研究下体负压/自行车功量计锻炼对15 d头低位卧床女性腰椎功能失调的防护作用。方法对22名女性志愿者分为对照组(CON,n=8)、下体负压锻炼组(LBNP,n=7)、下体负压联合自行车功量计锻炼组(LBNP+ERGO,n=7),在卧床前和卧床后第4天,采用X线对脊柱状态进行了检查。分别测量并比较卧床前后腰椎总长度,每节腰椎椎间隙长度及腰椎前凸曲度的变化。结果 LBNP组卧床后L5/S1腰椎椎间隙宽度增加;CON卧床后腰椎前凸曲度降低,ERGO+LBNP组卧床后腰椎前凸曲度增加。结论下体负压/自行车功量计锻炼可改善女性15 d头低位卧床引起的腰椎卸负荷变化。
Objective To test the counteraction effects of low body negative pressure(LBNP)/ ergometer exercise on lumbar spine deconditioning of the female volunteers in 15 d head-down bed rest(HDBR).Methods Twenty-two female volunteers were randomly divided into control group(CON,n=8),LBNP group(LBNP,n=7) and LBNP+ergometer group(LBNP+ERGO,n=7).They underwent X-rays assays before and 4 d after HDBR.The lumbar spine length,L1to L5 intravertebral space width and lumbar lordosis were measured and analyzed.Results LBNP caused the elongation of L5/S1 intervertebral space.Lumbar lordosis decreased after HDBR in control group,but increased in LBNP /ergometer group.Conclusion LBNP/ergometer exercises can modify the lumbar spine deconditioning associated with 15 d HDBR in women.
