摘要
目的研究短期卧床模拟失重对女性肌肉体积的影响及下体负压联合自行车功量计的对抗效果。方法 22名女性健康志愿者进行15 d-6°头低位卧床实验(HDBR),随机分为卧床对照组(CON,n=8);下体负压组(LBNP,n=7)和自行车功量计结合下体负压锻炼组(ERGO+LBNP,n=7)。卧床前后采用MRI技术检测股四头肌、股二头肌、缝匠肌、比目鱼肌和腓肠肌体积。结果与卧床前相比,卧床后所有被检测下肢肌肉体积均明显降低(P<0.05)。不同部位肌肉相比,腓肠肌体积降低百分比明显高于其它被检测肌肉。组间比较结果显示LBNP和ERGO+LBNP组比目鱼肌体积降低百分比明显低于CON(P<0.05)。肌肉萎缩的程度表现出较大的个体差异和部位差异。结论短期头低位卧床模拟失重导致女性下肢肌肉发生明显萎缩,下体负压以及和自行车功量计的结合对比目鱼肌的萎缩有一定的对抗效果,这种效应存在个体差异和部位差异。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of short-term head-down bed rest(HDBR) on lower limb muscle volume and the effects of lower body negative pressure(LBNP)combined with ergometer in women.Methods Twenty-two healthy female volunteers underwent-6 ° HDBR for 15 d.They were randomly divided into:control group(CON,n=8),LBNP group(n=7),ergometer + LBNP group(n=7).Muscle volume of bilateral quadriceps,biceps femoris,sartorius,soleus and gastrocnemius were detected with MRI before and after the HDBR. Results Compared with pre-HDBR,the lower limb muscle volume reduced significantly in female volunteers after 15 d HDBR(P0.05).The reduction in the gastrocnemius volume was significantly higher than that in other tested muscles.Compared with CON,the reduction percentage in the soleus muscle volume was significantly lower in LBNP and ERGO + LBNP group(P0.05).The reduction percentage in muscle volume varied in different individuals and regions. Conclusion Short-term HDBR cause the reduction in lower limb muscle volume in women.LBNP and ERGO+LBNP can mitigate the reduction in the soleus volume.The reduction in muscle volume and effects of countermeasures varies widely among individuals and muscle masses.
