摘要
目的了解手术室护士的心理健康和身体健康状况,分析其影响因素,寻求相应的对策。方法用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)、身体健康状态满意度,对本院手术室67名护士进行调查分析。结果手术室护士的SDS和SAS总分均值较高,低年资护士焦虑较为明显,而高年资护士抑郁显著,不同年资比较差异有统计学意义。身体健康满意度为32.7%,不同年资护士大多存在胃不适、神经衰弱、强迫症等症状。影响手术室护士身心健康的因素有工作量大,精神压力大,缺乏管理者的理解与支持,缺乏其他医护人员的尊重与理解,工作成就感低等。结论手术室护士焦虑与抑郁情况严重,应减轻护士的心理压力、重视理解与支持,使其以愉悦的心态完成岗位工作,减少躯体不适症状的发生。
Objective To investigate the mental and physical health condition of operating room nurses and its influence factors, and provide come corresponding countermeasures. Methods Using depression self rating scale （SDS）, anxiety self rating scale （SAS）, and heahhy state satisfaction degree questionnaire were used to survey the health conditions of 67 nurses from operating room. Results The mean SDS and SAS scale of operating room nurses was high. The junior nurses showed obvious anxiety, while the nurses with higher level qualifications showed the significantly depression,the difference between them was statistically significant. The satisfaction rate about their own health condition was 32.7%. Most of them were with upset stomach, neurasthenia and obsessive-compulsive disorder. The factors that influenced the health condition of operating nurses included the heavy workload, lacking of the understanding and support from the hospital administrators, lacking of the respect from other health care workers, and the lower job satisfaction. Conclusion The operating room nurses are with a serious anxiety and depression. The hospital should pay more attentions to their works and psychological pressure, encourage them to work cheerfully, and avoid the discomfort of the body.
