分析影响护理人员健康的因素:特殊的工作环境,造成心身的紧张性反应;标准化的管理,致心理压力增大;轮流工作制,引起心理、生理 活动变化;社会的评价及家庭的压力。运用人性化进行管理:给予护士心理疏导;帮助提高专业素质;满足护士生理及心理需求;用价值及感情 激励法,调动护士的工作积极性。
To analyze the factors affecting nurses’ health, which including the special working environment, standardized management, shifting system, social value and burden of the family, all of these factors results in the nurses’ physical and psychological stress. Aiming at the factors,humanistic management was used to provide psychological consultation for the nurses, help them to improve professional quality, satisfy their physical and psychological needs, inspire the nurses' working activity using value and emotion impetus.
