摘要
目的探讨手术室护士职业危害的防护措施。方法将石家庄市中心医院2000年1月—2004年12月参与4380例手术的手术室护士设为对照组(n=30),未采取针对性防护措施;将2005年1月—2009年12月参与7650例手术的手术室护士设为观察组(n=35),采取了有效的防护措施。比较两组职业伤害发生率及与职业相关疾病患病率。结果与对照组比较,观察组职业伤害发生率及与职业相关疾病患病率均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论完善防护制度、提高防护意识、加强防护措施是消除或减少手术室护士职业危害的关键。
Objective To investigate protective measures of occupational hazard for nurses in operating room. Methods In our hospital, 30 nurses in operating room without directed protective measures for 4380 patients during Jan- uary 2000 and December 2004 were as control group, and 35 nurses in operating room with directed protective measures for 7650 patients during January 2005 and December 2009 were as observation group. Incidence rates of occupational haz- ard and occupational related diseases of the two groups were compared. Results Incidence rates of occupational hazard and occupational related diseases in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion It is the key point to eliminate or reduce incidence rate of occupational hazard for nurses in operating room by consummating protective system, improving protective awareness and strengthening protective measures.
