Anti-allergic effects of water extract of the Cortex Mori

摘要 [目的]观察桑白皮水提取物的抗过敏作用.[方法]用比色法测定桑白皮水提取物对肥大细胞毒性的影响,在光学显微镜下观察桑白皮水提取物对复合物48/80诱导的肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响,通过IgE诱导大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)试验.[结果]正常对照组OD值为1.31±0.40,桑白皮水提取物大剂量组OD值为1.39±0.45,桑白皮水提取物对肥大细胞无毒性作用,伊文思蓝在正常对照组为(62.25±3.23)μg/g,在桑白皮水提取物中剂量组为(172.34±12.84)μg/g,在桑白皮水提取物大剂量组为(122.35±4.97)μg/g,均能明显抑制PCA中血管通透性(P<0.05).[结论]桑白皮水提取物具有抗过敏作用. OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-allergic effects of water extract of the Cortex Mori.METHODS The effects of water extract of the Cortex Mori on cytotoxicity of mast cells were detected by colorimetry,and effects of water extract of the Cortex Mori for the compound 48/80-induced degranulation of mast cells were observed by light microscope,and the experiment of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) in rats was induced by IgE.RESULTS The OD value was 1.31±0.40 in normal group,1.39±0.45 in large dose group of water extract of Cortex Mori,and water extract of the Cortex Mori had no toxic effect for mast cells.Evany's blue number was(62.25±3.23)μg/g in normal group,(172.34±12.84)μg/g in medium dose group of water extract of Cortex Mori,(122.35±4.97)μg/g in large dose group of water extract of Cortex Mori,and water extract of the Cortex Mori could obviously inhibit vasopermeability in PCA of rats(P0.05).CONCLUSION The water extract of Cortex Mori has an anti-allergic effects.
