摘要
采用HPLC法测定治咽茶中绿原酸含量。色谱柱为Zorbax SB-Aq-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈∶0.025 mol.L-1磷酸溶液=13∶87;检测波长为327 nm;柱温为25℃;流速为1.0 mL.min-1;进样量10μL。结果表明绿原酸在28.68-66.92μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998,平均加样回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.35%(n=5)。该方法可用于治烟茶的质量控制。
Chlorogenic acid in Zhiyan tea was determined by HPLC in the paper. An Zorbax SB-Aq-ODS was used with a mobile phase consisted mixture of acetonitrile and 0. 025 mol ·L^-1 phosphoric acid（13 ： 87） by flow rate of 1.0 mL· min^-1 in this method. And UV detective wavelength is 327 nm. The calibration curve was linear within the range of 28. 68- 66. 92 μg·mL^-1 for chlorogenic acid （R= 0. 9998）. The average recoveries of chlorogenic acid was 98. 5 %, RSD = 1.350% （n= 5）. The method could be used for the quality control of Zhiyan tea.
