摘要
目的:研究蜂斗菜抗过敏有效部位。方法:蜂斗菜95%乙醇提取物分别用石油醚、氯仿、正丁醇萃取,各部位均进行小鼠同种和异种被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)实验、组胺致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高实验及2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)实验,从而确定蜂斗菜抗过敏有效部位。结果:与模型组比较,蜂斗菜氯仿提取部位在小鼠同种及异种被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)模型、组胺致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高模型以及小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)模型上均显示显著的抗过敏作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蜂斗菜氯仿提取部位有良好的抗Ⅰ型和Ⅳ型超敏反应作用。
Objective: To study the anti-allergy bioactive fraction of Petasites japonicus.Methods: 95% ethanol extracts from Petasites japonicus were divided into petroleum ether,chloroform and n-butanol soluble parts separately.The anti-allergy bioactive effects of different parts were investigated in the mice of the model of the homogeneous and heterogeneous passive cutaneous allergic reaction(PCA),the model of capillary permeability increase caused by histamine and the model of delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzol(DNCB).Results: Compared with the blank control group and model group,the chloroform soluble part had significant anti-allergy effects on the model of heterogeneous PCA reaction,the model of capillary permeability increase caused by histamine,and the model of DTH(P0.05).Conclusion: The chloroform soluble part of Petasites japonicus can resist the typeⅠand Ⅳ hypersensitivity.
