摘要
目的:建立山茱萸配方颗粒中马钱苷的含量测定方法.方法:色谱柱为HangBang C18(200*4.6mm5μm):流动相为乙腈:水(15:85);检测波长240nm;流速1.0ml/min;柱温30℃.结果:马钱苷的检测浓度线性范围为0.005~0.025μg(r=0.9998),RSD=2.16%(n=5);平均加样回收率为98.79%,RSD=1.77%(n=6).结论:本法简便、快捷、准确,可用于山茱萸配方颗粒的含量测定.
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for dispensing granule of Comus officina/is Sieb.et Zucc. Methods:The HPLC system consisted of HangBang C18(200 * 4.6mm5μm),Acetonitrile - water(15:85)mixture as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at 270nm and 1.0ml/min of flow rate.Results:The calibration curve of loganin was linear in the concentration range of 0.005-0.025μg( r= 0.9998), RSD= 2.16%(n= 5) ;The average recovery was 98.79 %, RSD = 1.77 % (n = 6). Conclusion :This method is simple, quick and specific, and suitable for the quality control of dispensing granule of Comus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc.
