摘要
严峻的大学生就业形势将高校推上了社会的风口浪尖,在解决大学生就业问题的责任分担上,高校盲目追求就业率与教育不足两大问题并存。在对问题进行反思的基础上,强调高校解决大学生就业问题的责任分担要回归教育本身,着眼于培养全面发展的人,提升人的生命品质,而不是被动地向社会输送"职业人"或"经济人"。
The severe employment situation of graduates has pushed higher education institutes onto the focus of social controversy.Thus,in the responsibility share for solving the employment problem of graduates,there are two wrong ways coexisting for the higher education institutes： the blind pursuing of employment rate and the lack of education.On the basis of reflecting on this issue,this paper emphasizes that,in sharing the responsibility of solving graduates＇ employment problem,the higher education institutes must regress into education itself by focusing on cultivating ＂whole person＂and improving people＇s quality of life instead of passively outputting ＂professional＂ or ＂economic person＂ for society.
