摘要
大学生就业问题是高端岗位缺口、供求不对接、公共服务乏力、政策不落实和高校教育不到位等多个方面的因素综合作用的结果。高校作为促进就业工作的最主要推动者和直接受益者,要把牢政策方向、增强责任意识、坚持实事求是,重点做好政策宣传、提高工作水平、启动信息检测、优化培养方案,引导职业定位等方面的工作,夯实就业基础,促进大学毕业生充分就业。
It is many factors that attribute to the problem with graduate employment, including lack of high - end posts, imbalance of supply and demand, inability of public service, unworkable employment policy, higher education misplacement and so on. As the major motivators and direct beneficiaries, colleges and universities are required to observe policies, enhance their responsibility, and stick to seeking truth from facts and focus on intensifying policy propaganda, improving working standard, carrying out information monitoring, optimizing educational program, and guidance of vocational localization to facilitate graduate full employment.
