摘要
目的:建立裸鼠脑内人胶质瘤模型。方法:应用自制的脑内注射细胞装置,将人的U-251MG细胞接种于9只裸鼠脑中。分别于接种后10,20,30,40和77 d 处死动物并行病理解剖、GFAP免疫组化及电镜检查。结果:我们建立的模型,肿瘤在脑内生长稳定,其特性同于人脑胶质瘤。结论:接种后20 d
Objective: To set up human glioblastoma multiform model in nude mice. Methods: The U 251MG cell line was injected into 9 nude mice brains with self prepared intracerebral injecting apparatus. These animals were killed 10, 20, 30, 40 and 77 d after injection, and pathologic analysis were made by light microscope, electron microscope and immunohistologic stain for GFAP. Results: The tumors growing stably in these nude mice brain possessed similar characteristic to human′s one. Conclusion:Twenty days after injection is the appropriate time to use the model.
