大鼠C6胶质瘤模型建立研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 本文是综述国内外诸多学者建立大鼠C6胶质瘤模型的经验,总结建立C6胶质瘤模型的可靠方法。以往经验表明,采用立体定向技术在大鼠脑内接种C6胶质瘤细胞来建立动物模型的成功率较高,影像学检查提示接种后肿瘤的生长随时间变化而呈规律性,中线结构逐渐移位,占位效应愈来愈明显。其病理组织学检查特征符合胶质瘤的形态学特性,免疫组织化学提示肿瘤属胶质源性,接近人脑胶质瘤。其平均生存期为3周,这为胶质瘤的相关研究提供了可靠的实验基础。 Studies have shown that it was easier to get a higher success rate with the help of the stereotactic technol- ogy for implanting type C6 cells of Glioma into the rat brain: images showed a regular growth and change along with time in the implanted tumor, the center line displaced, mass effects became obvious, morphologic characteristics of glioma in pathology and histology, tumor of glial cell - derived in immunohistochemistry, similar to human brain glio- ma with a average survival period of 3 weeks. All of this provides reliable evidence for glioma study. This review in- troduced the methods to build up rat model of C6 glioma and their application fields, hoping it could provide a benefi- cial view for glioma study.
