摘要
应用经体内外筛选和克隆化的肺高转移性涎腺腺样囊性癌Acc-M细胞株建立肺转移裸小鼠模型。选用3月周龄雌性BALB/Cnu/nu裸小鼠60只,经尾静脉接种1×106/0.2ml单细胞悬液。接种后1~3周内,组织学观察可见血管内有癌栓形成;接种后3~4周内为微转移灶期;接种后4~8周为巨视期,肉眼下可见转移灶;接种后8周动物死于肺转移。转移灶体内生长曲线表明,转移灶在4~5周时生长最快;转移灶潜伏期及带瘤生存期均较长,该模型是研究涎腺腺样囊性癌肺转移的良好模型。
Abstract In present study authors have established a model for studying SACC lung metastases in nude mice,After the tail vein injection Of 1×106/0.2 ml cell suspension prepared with selected highly lung metastatic salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(Acc-M),metastatic disease experienced latent phase(1~3W),microscopic metastasis phase(3~4W),and microscopic metaseasis phase(4~8W).The metastases developed the fastest within 4~5W.In macroscopic phase,the metastatic noduli were heterogenous in size, the smallest was 1 mm,the biggest was 6 mm;the number range was 5~18;the noduli located in the peripheral part of the lung lobe.At the end of the 8 th week.the metastatic noduli would mix each other,occupied the whole lung and caused the death of nude mice.
