摘要
简要阐述了人类疾病的动物模型与比较医学的关系,系统介绍了国内应用裸小鼠以来建立的各种人类疾病动物模型。展望了裸小鼠动物模型在比较医学应用中广阔前景。
The relationship between animal models of human diseases and comparative medicine was briefly introduced. Different nude mouse models for human disease based on the. application in China were introduced systemically. The expectations of future application of nude mouse models in comparative medicine were mentioned subsequently.
