摘要
用自制的化学气相沉积装置在Al2O3颗粒表面分别获得了TiN、Ni、Fe三种涂层,并用耐热钢对有涂层的Al2O3颗粒进行了负压铸渗实验,获得了Al2O3颗粒/耐热钢基复合材料.所得复合材料颗粒分散均匀、结合良好。
Coating of TiN、Ni and Fe on Al 2O 3 particles have been obtained with the CVD (chemical vapor deposition) installation. The composite of Al 2O 3 particles/heat resistant steel is made by the vacuum infiltration process. Its macro structure is fine and dense while the Al 2O 3 particles in the composite are well distributed.
