摘要
介绍了将SHS原位合成与V-EPC铸渗相结合的方法制备TiC+Al2O3颗粒增强45钢基表面复合材料的显微组织.研究了不同的Ti-Fe粉加入量对表面复合层质量及组织的影响.研究发现:Ti-Fe粉的加入有助于改善表面复合层质量,随着Ti-Fe加入量的增多,组织致密性、均匀性逐渐得到改善;但当Ti-Fe粉增至45%时出现反应不彻底的现象;复合层组织主要由铁素体、Al2O3和TiC组成;靠近基体的复合层组织致密、均匀、硬度较高,复合层表层组织疏松.
The microstrucres of TiC +Al2O3 particles reinforced 45 cast steels matrix composites were presented that combined the in-situ synthesis of SHS with the casting infiltration of V-EPC. The influence of the different feero-titanium addition on microstruetures and surface qualities of the composite was investigated, h is found that the surface layer qualities of the composite improved with increasing the amount of ferro-titanium addition, showing dense and homogeneous surface layer. However, there are small amounts of retained reactants in tile surface layer when the ferro-titanium addition is over 45%. The microstructures of the surface layer mainly consisted of ferrite and TiC + Al2O3 particles. The surface qualities close to the boundaries between matrix and the surface layer are better than those of the top surface.
