摘要
在铸渗工艺中用喷焊合金粉末,使铸件表面形成具有耐蚀性能的合金层,经金相、电铸、能谱分析表明,合金层与基体属于冶金结合,铸渗表面的成份接近所选用的合金粉的性能,应用在新产品上有明显的经济效益。
Analyses of metallograghs, electron microscope and energy spec tram to the alloy layer with corrosion resistance properties show that the combination of alloy layer and base metal is of metallurgical reaction and the properties of the coat layer are similar to those of alloy powder. The application of the method to new products will be obvious to economization.
