摘要
用化学镀方法将空心玻璃微珠表面改性,使其表面沉积纳米金属粒子,可使镀后微珠同时呈现电磁性能好、质轻且化学性能稳定的优点,进而可显著拓宽空心玻璃微珠的应用。采用AgNO3活化的方法对空心玻璃微珠表面进行化学镀镍,使用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)及能谱分析(EDX)技术对空心玻璃微珠表面镀后的形貌及成分进行研究。结果表明:镍磷合金较均匀地附着在微珠表面。用波导法对所得材料进行磁导率和介电常数测量,表明镀后的空心玻璃微珠是一种介电损耗材料,具有电磁损耗性能。
Cenosphere particles coated with nanoscale particles of metal prepared by electroless plating can present advantages of good electromagnetic function, light quality and well chemistry stability simultaneously, and hence the application of cenosphere particles can be expanded obviously. Cenosphere particles with electroless plating of Ni-P alloy are prepared using AgNO3 as an activator. The morphology and composition of the cenosphere particles are investigated by the XRD, SEM and EDX techniques. The results show that Ni-P alloy can be plated symmetrically on the surface of the cenosphere particles. The parameter dielectric constants and magnetic constants of the products are studied by the waveguide method. It is shown that the cenosphere particles after electroless plating have the performance of dielectric dissipation.
