摘要
用Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉ ＣＭ８９１ 菌株的正向突变（ＳＭｒ－ ５） 和回复突变（ＴｒＰ＋） 双重指标，以细胞内抗突变作用的模式检测了１６ 种中药水提取物的抗４ ＮＱＯ 的致突变活性。结果显示：诃子、首乌、女贞子和带蒂菱壳具有拮抗４ ＮＱＯ 诱发的正向突变和回复突变的作用；带蒂菱壳还具有抗自发正向和回复突变的作用。白芍具有促进４ ＮＱＯ
Antimutagenicity effects of 16 Kinds Chinese Herbal Drugs on a dual biological indicators forward(SM r 5) and reversion(Trp +)mutations induced by 4 nitroquinoline 1 oxide(4NQO)were determined by a bioantimutagenic model in Escherichia coli strain CM891,respectely.Results showed the water extract of Fructus chebulae,Radix polygoni multiflori,Fructurs ligustri lucidi and shell of water chestnut with a pedicle could produce antimutagenisis against 4NQU induced forward and reversion mutation.Futher,shell of water chestnut with a pedicle also could do antimutagenisis to spontaneous ones.However,Paeonia lactiflora could prolmote 4NQO induced mutation.
