摘要
近年来许多研究表明大蒜具有防癌、抗癌作用。二烯丙三硫(diallyl trisulfide,DTS)是人工合成的大蒜油5种成分中的主要成分,性质稳定。本研究应用大肠杆菌色氨酸营养缺陷株探讨了二烯丙三硫对诱变物和(或)致癌物MNNG、4-NQO诱变性的拮抗作用。材料和方法一、材料 1.菌株和培养基大肠杆菌色氨酸营养缺陷株E.coli WP2 trp^-和E.coliWP2 trp^- uvrA^-系Bridges教授1987年赠。
With E. coli WP2 trp- and E. coli WP2 trp- uvrA- as target cells, 4-nitroquinoline 1-oxide (4-NQO), N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) and UV as mutagenic factors, decline of Trp+ revertants as an index, the diallyl trisulfide was assessed if it was antimuta- genic. The results showed that diallyl trisulfide could inhibit the mutagenesis in the tester strains, extracellularly iuduced by MNNG, intracellularly induced by 4-NQO, but failed to inhibit the mutagenesis induced by UV.
