摘要
目的 :观察菱壳水提取物对胃癌细胞体内外抑制作用。方法 :采用菱壳水提取物对离体培养胃癌细胞及 MFC荷瘤小鼠进行体内外实验 ,观察该提取物对胃癌细胞生长抑制率和对 MFC荷瘤小鼠生长的影响。结果 :当菱壳水提物剂量达 14.0 6 g/ L时 ,体外实验其胃癌细胞抑制率为 37.76 % ;当菱壳水提物剂量达 10 ml/ kg时 ,体内实验其抑瘤率为 36 .1% ,并存在量效关系。结论 :菱壳水提取物具有抑制胃癌细胞的作用。
Objective:To explore the inhibition effect of aqueous extract from water Caltrap shell on gastric cancer cell.Methods:Experiments were made in gastric cancer cell in vitro and MFC tumor carrying mice in vivo with the aqueous extract.The inhibitive rate and growth of the tumor and the weight change of the mice were studied.Results:When the dosage reached 14.06 mg/ml,the inhibitive rate of tumor was 37.76% in vitro and the dosage reached 10 ml/kg;the inhibitive rate of tumor was 36.1% in vito.Conclusion:The aqueous extract from water Caltrap shell has the inhibitive activity to tumor.
