摘要
试管扩散法是以微生物受阻法为基本原理,用嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌作为指示菌,在培养基中加入指示剂,根据嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌在牛乳中生长产酸使指示剂变色现象,确定牛乳中β-内酰胺类抗生素残留量,比较试管扩散法和TTC法检测牛乳中6种β-内酰胺类抗生素残留得到的检测限和检测时间等指标。结果表明,试管扩散法比TTC法更适合国内牛乳中β-内酰胺类抗生素残留的检测。
The principle of the tube diffusion test was based on the method of microbiological inhibitor.Bacillus stearothermophilus was used as the test bacteria.And the indicator was added into the test medium.Six kinds of β-lactam antibiotics were tested at five concentrations based on established codex alimentarius maximum residue limits (MRLs) by two methods of the tube diffusion test and TTC.The detecting results indicated that the tube diffusion test was better than TTC in detecting β-lactam antibiotics residue in raw milk in China.
