高能超声半固态复合法制备SiC_p/ZL105复合材料 被引量:2

Preparation of SiC_p/ZL105 Composites by High Intensity Ultrasonic Vibration under Semi-solid Temperature

摘要 用渗流法制备高SiCp体积分数的预制块,再用超声波搅拌稀释的方法制备SiCp/ZL105复合材料,研究了超声波处理过程工艺参数对复合材料微观组织、性能的影响。结果表明,渗流法可以制备SiCp含量达55%~60%的预制块,采用超声波搅拌稀释预制块方法制备的SiCp/ZL105复合材料中SiCp含量为9%~23%,SiCp分散均匀,与基体结合良好;随着SiCp含量的增加,复合材料硬度提高,耐磨性能提高。 SiCp/ZL105 composites were fabricated by ultrasonic vibration diluting high SiC volumetric fraction SiCp/ZL105 preforms which was prepared by pressure infiltration process.Effects of ultrasonic vibration processing parameters on microstructure and performance of the composites were investigated.The results reveal that SiC volumetric fraction can reach up to 55%~60% in pressure nitrated preforms,and SiC volumetric fraction in SiCp/ZL105 composites prepared by ultrasonic vibration diluting preforms can reach up to 9%~23%,in which uniformly dispersed SiC particle exhibits desirable bonding with the matrix.With increasing in SiC particles,hardness and wear resistance of the composites are obviously improved.
