摘要
采用超声波搅拌法制备半固态Al-5Cu合金,研究了超声波导入时熔体的温度、搅拌时间和超声波输出功率3个重要参数对获得半固态Al-5Cu合金组织形貌的影响。结果表明,在熔体处于610~660℃之间导入超声波,随着熔体温度的升高,合金初生晶粒逐渐趋于细小的球状颗粒;当熔体为660℃时,随着导入超声波输出功率的增大、搅拌时间的延长,Al-5Cu合金初生相形貌由粗大的枝晶状逐渐转变为细小的球状晶粒。
Semi-solid Al-5Cu alloy was prepared by ultrasonic stirring.The effects of important parameters,such as melt temperature,the ultrasonic treatment time and output power of ultrasonic stirrer,on the semi-solid structure of the alloy have been observed The results show that finer primary phase can be observed with increasing the melt temperature in the range of 610 to 660 ℃.In addition,the primary phase in the Al-5Cu alloy can be converted from coarse dendrite into fine spheroids with increasing the output power and time of ultrasonic stirrer at 660 ℃.
