摘要
通过半固态机械搅拌+陶瓷刀剪切法,利用SiO_2粉末与Al-7Si铝合金反应制备Al_2O_3颗粒增强Al-8Si基复合材料。借助金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对该复合材料的微观组织进行分析。结果表明:Al2O3在Al-8Si合金的晶界处的分布均匀分散。复合材料中的α-Al由树枝晶向等轴晶转变。同时,Al_2O_3颗粒周围的共晶硅转变为细小的块状。
A1203 particle reinforced Al-7Si matrix composite was prepared under the reaction of SiO: powders and Al-7Si aluminum alloy by semi-solid mechanical stirring and ceramic knife cutting method. The microstructure of the composite was analyzed by optical microscope (OM), scan electronic microscope (SEM). The results show that the distribution of Al_2O_3 particle disperses more uniformly in Al-8Si aluminum alloy grain boundaries. The α-Al in the composite changes form dendrites to equiaxed grain. At the same time, the eutectic Si near Al_2O_3 particle turns into small lumps.
