摘要
颗粒增强金属基复合材料具有良好的综合力学性能,在航空、航天、兵器、汽车工业中有着广阔应用前景。近年来用雾化沉积技术制备金属基复合材料逐渐受到了重视,喷射沉积的金属基复合材料组织均匀,性能优异。阐述了这一方法的基本原理,并介绍了这一工艺在国内外的一些最新发展趋势。
Particulate reinforced metal matrix composites (PRMMCs) have superior comprehensive mechanical properties,and are widely applied in aeronautical engineering,military and automobile industries.Great attentions have been paid to the investigation of the man-ufacturing of PRMMCs by the spray forming in recent years.It was indicated that the spray formed metal matrix composites have a dense microstructure and excellent mechanical properties.The present status and future tendency of the spray foring for PRMMCs were introduced.
