摘要
采用溶胶- 凝胶方法,从Sr(AC)2- Ti( OC4H9)4- H2O-isoC3H7OH 体系中合成了钛酸锶粉末。DTA 和XRD 的分析结果表明,在500 ℃时,开始有立方晶相的SrTiO3 生成;反应在800 ℃基本完成,由Scherrer 公式计算,粒径在47 .1n m 到49 .7nm 之间。DTA 和FT- IR 分析结果表明,锶离子和醋酸根离子均匀地分散于凝胶基体之中。我们还研究了反应物、溶剂等因素对形成钛酸锶凝胶的影响。钛酸锶凝胶和钛酸锶粉末的表征是基于DTA、DTG、TG、XRD、FT- IR 和TEM 分析。
Strontium titanate powers were prepared from Sr(AC) 2-Ti(OC 4H 9) 4-H 2O-iso C 3H 7OH systems by the sol-gel method.The results of DTA and XRD showed that prepared gels began to transform into the strontium titanates with cubic phase by a heat treatment at 500℃ and the reaction was completed proximately at 800℃.The particle sizes were determined to be from 47.1nm to 49.7nm using Scherrer's formula.The results of XRD and FT-IR indicated that strontium ion and acetate were homogeneously distributed in the gel matrix.The factors affecting the formation of gels,such as reactants and solvents,were studied.The strontium titanate gels and the titanate powers were characterized by differential thermal analysis (DTA),thermal gravimetry (TG),differential thermal gravimetry (DTG),X-ray diffraction (XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
