摘要
通过化学分析,ICP-AES,XRD,SEM,平均粒度测定等手段研究了草酸盐共沉淀法制备掺杂SrTiO3微粉的工艺参数对微粉粒度的影响,在混合盐浓度为0.9 ̄1.0mol/L,反尖时间45min左右,pH值1.5 ̄3.5,添加适量活性剂制得的沉淀物于900℃热分解1.5hr所得超细粉粒度为0.35 ̄0.50μm,Y的掺入量为0.30 ̄0.50%(mol)。
The effect of the conditions which exist in the preparation of ultrafine SrTiO3powder on the size of the fine powder is studied by means of chemical analysis,ICP-AES, XRD, SEM, etc. On the condition of salt concentration 0.90~1.00mol/L, PH 1.5~ 3.5 and about 45 min, reacting time, ultrafine powder can beacquired which average size is 0.35 ~ 0.50μ m and the doping amount of donor is 0.30~ 0.50mol%.
