摘要
本文以Sr(OH)2和TiO(OH)2作为水热合成SrTiO3晶体粉末的前驱物,讨论并选定制备前驱物的化工原料,并对水热合成SrTiO3晶体粉末的条件:KOH浓度、温度和时间进行了考察.结果表明150~200℃,1h均可有效合成.200℃下水热20~60min产物的X光衍射特征峰高无明显差别;水热介质中KOH浓度从0.1~1.0mol/L区域内对合成无大的影响;最后初步讨论了SrTiO3晶体粉末的合成机理并合理解释了实验结果.
Strontium titanate crystalline powder was synthesized hydrothermally from precursors of Sr(OH)2 and TiO(OH)2. The raw materials to prepare the hydrothermal precursors were compared and discussed. The hydrothermal conditions including KOH concentration,temperature and time were investigated. The results showed that SrTiO3 can be formed in the temperature range of 150-200℃ for 1h. The strongest peak intensity of XRD spectra of hydrothermal products synthesized at 200℃ for 20 to 60min did not change obviously. The influence of KOH concentration in the hydrothermal medium was very small in the range of 0.1~1.0 mol/L. The hydrothermal synthesis mechanism for SrTiO3 was suggested and used to explain reasonably the experimental results.
