摘要
本文讨论了以水热法制备超细SrTiO3微粉,研究了原料的选择对产物纯度的影响。发现采用硝酸锶与钛酸四丁酯作为原料,可以大大减少产物中碳酸锶杂相的含量。
SrTiO 3 ultrafine powders were produced under hydrothermal condition. The impurity of the powders were studied by using different precusors. And the ulterfine perovoskite SrTiO 3 powders were synthesised at 140℃.
