摘要
从76个土样中分离获得271株脂肪酶产生菌,其中7203菌株产酶活性最高,从其形态特征确定属地霉属。对该菌株脂肪酶合成受油脂、脂肪酸及某些结构类似物的影响进行了考察,发现琥珀酸钠对该菌株生长及产酶有明显的负控制作用。经诱变筛选药物耐性变异株,使产酶能力有较大的提高。对改良株的发酵条件及特征作了初步试验,并对有关机理进行讨论。
From 76 soil samples 271 strains wereisolated.Of which strain 7203 was the bestone.By its morphological characteristics itwas identified as Geotrichum sp..The effectsof fats,fatty acids and some structural an-alogues in the medium on enzyme producti-vity were studied.It was found that sodiumsuccinate had evidently a negative control ac-tion on microbial growth and lipase produc-tivity.After mutagensis some resistance mu-tants were selected which had higher lipaseproducing ability.The characteristics of themutants and the fermentation optimizationwere studied.Some relative mechanism werealso discussed.
