摘要
1100铝合金板材要求有较好的导电性能和力学性能,通过控制化学成分、加强铝液炉内精炼、在线净化、添加Al-Ti5-B1晶粒细化剂,合理匹配铸轧工艺参数,合理分配冷轧道次加工率,采取合适的退火制度,生产出性能优良的1100铝合金板材。
1100 Al alloy sheet is required to have good conductivity and mechanical properties. This kind of sheet can be produced with superior properties by controlling chemical compositions, improving in-furnace refining, on-line purifying, adding Al-Ti5-B1 refining rods, reasonable setting up cast-rolling process data and reduction per pass for cold rolling, building up suitable annealing patterns.
