摘要
在铸造Al 10Mg合金中添加Al 5Ti 1B中间合金,观察合金的金相组织,测试其显微硬度。结果表明:Al 5Ti 1B对Al 10Mg合金有良好的细化效果,在加入量达到0 1%时,合金平均晶粒尺寸由650μm变为62μm;随着保温时间的增加,细化效果有所衰退;Al 5Ti 1B的加入使合金的显微硬度提高了近10%。
Al-5Ti-1B master alloy was added to cast Al-10Mg alloy. The micrograph was investigated and the microhardness was tested. The results show that there occurs effective grain refining efficiency in Al-10Mg alloy after addition of Al-5Ti-1B master alloy. The average grain size changes from 650 μm to 62 μm with 0.1% addition of Al-5Ti-1B. The refining efficiency will be declined with holding time. The microhardness was increased by about 10% after addition of the master alloy.
