摘要
目的建立测定气阴养骨片中马钱苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Gemini C18 110R色谱柱(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),检测波长236 nm,柱温40℃。结果马钱苷进样量在0.048～0.24μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为100.00%,RSD=0(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法精密度好、准确度高,能准确测定气阴养骨片中马钱苷的含量。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of loganin in Qiyinyanggu Tablets.Methods The method was established by using Gemini C18 110R column（250 mm×4.60 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（15：85）,the detection wavelength was 236 nm,column temperature was 40 ℃.Results The linear range of loganin was 0.048-0.24 μg;the average recovery rate was 100.00%,RSD was 0（n=6）.Conclusion This method can accurately determine the content of loganin.
