摘要
目的:建立利血通闭颗粒中芍药苷含量的HPLC法测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:C18柱,流动相:乙膊-0.1%磷酸溶液(18:82),检测波长为230nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:芍药苷的浓度在0.1483~1.978μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)平均回收率为98.3%,RSD为0.97%(n=6)。结论:本方法可以简便,快速,准确测定利血通闭颗粒中芍药苷的含量,
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Lixiutongbi particles by HPLC. Methods: An HPLC method was used.The C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (18:82) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml'min-1. The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The linear range of paconitlorin was 0.14832 - 1.9776 μ g(r=0.9999 ).The average recovery was 98.3% and RSD was 0.97%(n=6 ). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of paeoniflorin.
