摘要
目的建立测定强骨片中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱Kromasil100A C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5mm),以乙腈-水(28∶72)为流动相,检测波长为270nm。结果淫羊藿苷检测浓度在1～128μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,加样回收率为86.34%,RSD为13.77%(n=5)。结论高效液相色谱法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of icariin in Qianggu pills. Methods The HPLC method was adopted and the C 18 column（250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 mm） was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （28 ： 72）.The detection wave-length was at 270 nm. Results The calibration curve of icariin was linear in the range of 1-128 Ix g/mL, the average recovery rate was 86.34%, RSD was 13.77%（n= 5）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Qianggu pills.
