摘要
目的：建立山茱萸药材及六味地黄胶囊中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以ZORBA XSB-C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）为色谱柱；流动相：乙腈-水（15：85）；检测波长：240nm；柱温：25℃；结果：马钱苷在0．0632～0．6320μg范围内，浓度与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9998）；样品的平均加样回收率为；99．16％，RSD为1．32％，（n=6）。结论：此方法简便、快速，可作为山茱萸药材及其浓缩制剂六味地黄胶囊中马钱苷的含量测定方法。
Objective： Aim to investigate a method for determination of loganin in fructus corni and Liuweidihuang Capsule. Method ：HPLC,ZORBAX SB-C18 was used as the stationary phase,acetonitrile-water（15 ： 85） was used as mobile phase. The photodiode array detector was used at 240nm. Column temperature was 25℃. Result： The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0. 0632-0. 6320μg（r=0. 9998）. The average recovery of the method was 99.16% ,RSD 1.32%（n=6）. Conclusion： The results showed that this method was reliable and accurate. The method could be applied to separate and determine the loganin in Liuweidihuang Capsule.
