摘要
现代分子生物技术如遗传转化在植物育种方面有重要作用。综述了李属植物遗传转化研究取得的进展,介绍了外植体类型、培养基组成、生长调节因子和培养条件等对李属植物遗传转化的影响,并分析了影响转化的关键问题,最后对将来的工作重点提出了建议。
Modern molecular biological technology,such as genetic transformation,plays an important role in plant breeding.Here the recent advances in genetic transformation of prunus are reviewed,and then the effects of explants type,medium composition,growth regulatory factors and culture conditions on the genetic transformation of prunus are introduced,at last the future research focus is suggested.
