摘要
以大扁杏茎段为试材 ,研究了不同基本培养基 ,MS培养基中大量元素N、K和Cl不同含量水平以及激素对腋芽增殖和生长的影响。结果表明 :MS培养基对外植体的作用最好 ;MS改良培养基中N、K及Cl含量分别达 84 0 .6 5、391.79和 10 5 .74mg/L时 ,大扁杏茎段的腋芽增殖数和茎段生长均达到最大 ;适当浓度的IBA 0 .0 8mg/L与 6 BA1.0配合使用 。
Selecting Prunus armeniaca stem as material,effects of several basic media , N, K and Cl elements and auxins with different content levels in of MS medium on shoot proliferation and growth were studied. Experiment showed that MS media can be regard as the best media to explant;while the N, K and Cl contents reached to 840.65 mg/L, 391.79 mg/L,105.74 mg/L respectively, the axillary shoots number of Prunus armeniaca came to maximum. Shoot elongation was strongly improved by the combination of IBA 0.8 mg/L+6-BA1.0 mg/L.
