摘要
现代生物技术如组织培养和遗传转化在植物育种方面有重要作用。综述了桃树的组织培养技术和桃遗传转化研究取得的成绩。文中侧重介绍了广泛应用于桃树研究的茎尖培养法、胚培养法两种主要的组织培养技术和农杆菌介导法、基因枪轰击法两种主要的遗传转化方法;详细说明了品种、外植体类型及其发育阶段、培养基类型、生长调节因子和培养环境等对桃组织培养的影响;初步分析了影响桃树遗传转化的关键问题,并对进一步的工作重点提出了建议。
Tissue culture and genetic transformation are two very important ways which are being used in plant breed ing.Re -cent advances in tis sue culture and genetic transformation of peach are reviewed.This review fo cuses on two methods of tis-sue culture:meristem and shoot-tip culture,embryo culture and two methods of genetic transformation:Agrobacterinm tume -faciens,particle bombardment ,which have been widely used in peach breeding.Various factors affecting in vitro estab lish-ment and growth of peach shoots,such as variety,explants type and stage of develop ment ,culture medium,growth reg ula-tors and culture conditions are illustrated.The key problems ,which affect genetic transformation of peach,are primary ana-lyzed,and focal points of future research are suggested as well.
