摘要
樱桃采用试管苗组织培养快繁 ,在MS培养基内附加 1.0mg/L 6 -BA ,茎芽繁殖系数较高 ;附加 0 .5mg/LIBA和 0 .1mg/LNAA ,生根效果最好。
The tissur culture and rapid propagation of the test tube plant of cherry was studied.The propagation coefficient was higher on the MS medium added to 1.0mg/L of 6-BA,and efficiency of rooting was best on the MS medium added to 0.5mg/L of IBA and 0.1mg/L of NAA.
