摘要
报道了一种用超临界流体萃取水果蔬菜中多种残留有机磷的方法。样品与硅藻土混合后用超临界CO2 提取(萃取压力为30MPa,温度为50℃),乙酸乙酯收集。2 g 样品农药残留回收率为82% ~108% ,相对标准偏差为4.6% ~11% (n= 6)。测定了西红柿、草莓、金桔和柠檬等样品。测得的结果与传统方法一致,本方法快速、准确。
A simple supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) method has been developed to efficiently extract multiresidues of organophosphorus from fresh vegetables and fruits by using commercial SFE equipment and moderate SFE conditions. Samples were mixed with hydromatrix and extracted with supercritical carbon dioxide at 30MPa, 50℃ and 25 mL with 10mL of ethyl acetate as trapping system. Recoveries of most pesticides from subsamples of 2g with this procedure were 82%~107%, with relative standard deviations of 4 6%~11%. Oranges,tomatoes,strawberrys and lemon samples were analyzed with this method, and the results were comparable with those by traditional analyses.The results indicated that the method can be used as multiresidue screening for the determination of organophosphorus insecticides in vegetables and fruits.
