摘要
本文用带氮磷检测器的气相色谱仪,测定糙米中水胺硫磷和甲基异柳磷残留量,结果表明:水胺硫磷和甲基异柳磷最小检出量分别为1.3×10^(-11)g和2.8×10^(-12)g,最低检出浓度分别为0.7ppb和0.1ppb,回收率添加浓度为0.05—5mg/kg时,回收率范围分别为89.9—97.8%和100.7—104.9%,变异系数绝对值分别为3.42—5.58%和1.33—2.36%。
A method is developed to co-determine the residues of Isocar-bophos and Isofenphos-methyl in husk rice. Residues are extracted from samples with acetone. Extracts are purified by ethyl acetate-water liquid partitioning and cleanup column with the mixture of Florisil, Alumina and Darco. The purified extracts are concentrated and then measured by GC with NPD. The gas chromatography column is packed with 2% DEGS/Chromosorb W. AW. DMCS (60-80 mesh). The method has minimum detectable amount of 1.3×10-11g and detection limit of 0.7ppb for Isocarbophos and 2.8×1012g and O.lppb for Isofenphos-methyl. Recoveries fortified with 0.05, 0.5 and 5ppm have averaged from 89.9 to 97.8% (C.F. ±3.42-5.58%) for Isocarbophos and from 100.7 to 104.9% (C. V. ±1.33-2.36%) for Isofenphos-methyl.
