摘要
综述了近年来出现的超临界流体萃取、加速溶剂萃取、凝胶渗透色谱、固相萃取、新型固相微萃取、基质固相分散萃取以及其它如QuEChERS、双逆流色谱、二维气相色谱等前处理技术在柑橘农药残留分析中的应用,主要介绍了固相萃取及其新技术在柑橘农药残留分析前处理中的应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
It was reviewed that the applications of superitical fluid extraction （SFE）, accelerated solvent extraction （ASE）, gel permeation chromatography （GPC）, the solid phase extraction （SPE）, the novel solid-phase microextraction （SPME）, matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction （MSPDE） and other sample preparation techniques such as QuEChERS, dual counter-current chromatography （CCC）, two-dimensional gas chromatography （GC×GC） for analysis of the pesticide residues in citrus fruits recent years. The solid phase extraction （SPE） and the novel preparation basis on SPE were described. The trends and prospects of sample preparation techniques for analysis of pesticide residues in citrus fruits were also discussed.
