摘要
研究超临界CO2萃取在五味子乙素提取工艺中的应用。采用正交试验的方法探讨压力、温度、时间、粒度对五味子乙素提取率的影响。确定超临界CO2提取的最佳工艺条件。最佳工艺条件为:压力30MPa,温度40℃,粒度40目,时间2h。
To study the extraction of γ-schizandrin using supercritical carbon dioxide as extracting agent. The study was carried out through orthogonal test design,dicuss the impaction of pressure, temperature, time, granularity. The optimum technological conditions: pressure 30 MPa, temperature 40℃, granularity 40 mesh, time 2 h.
