摘要
提出直接用纯水震荡提取、高效液相色谱测定葛粉中葛根素含量的方法,以二极管阵列检测器选定250nm和305nm进行双波长检测定性定量,流动相采用甲醇与0.5%乙酸水溶液,其配比为30:70,流速0.5mL/min,柱温30℃。实际样品的测定表明,该方法样品前处理无毒环保,操作简便可靠,实用性较强。
Puerarin in kudzu powder was shocked and extracted with pure water and determination by HPLC.The extract was detected qualitatively and quantitatively using a Diode array detector by dualwavelength at 250nm and 305nm.The mobile phase was methanol-0.5%Acetic acid(30:70),the flow speed was 0.5mL/min,and the column temperature was 30℃.The methodology and the sample analysis proved that this method was practical,convenient,reliable,nontoxic and environment-friendly.
