摘要
建立了用微波消解法处理样品、火焰原子吸收光谱法测定葛粉中Fe、Ca、Cu、Mn元素含量的方法,优化了微波消解、原子吸收测定的工作条件。建议的方法测得葛粉中Fe、Ca、Cu、Mn的含量分别为:27.83μg.g-1、272.46μg.g-1、6.98μg.g-1、9.45μg.g-1,加标回收率在96.9%~103.1%之间。建议的方法可用于实际葛粉样品中相应金属元素含量测定。
The four trace elements of iron,calcium,copper,manganese in the power of radix puerariae were determined by microwave digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The working conditions of microwave digestion and atomic absorption determination were optimized.The content of the iron,calcium,copper,manganese in the power of radix puerariae are 27.83 μg?g-1,272.46 μg?g-1,6.98 μg?g-1,9.45 μg?g-1 respectively.The recoveries of standard addition were among 96.9 %~103.1 %.The suggested method can be used to detect the metal content in the power of radix puerariae.
