摘要
目的评价点阵二氧化碳(CO2)激光治疗人体各类瘢痕的临床疗效并总结经验。方法 采用点阵CO2激光对各类瘢痕患者共计166例治疗2次,根据疗效评定标准对其治疗效果进行评价。结果 点阵CO2激光治疗后总有效率96%,显效率62%。结论 点阵CO2激光能较为安全有效地治疗各类瘢痕。
Objective Curative effect of fractional laser on treating various scars was evaluated and experience was summarized.Methods One hundred and sixty-six cases were treated twice by fractional CO2 laser.According to the clinical evaluation standard,the curative rate was counted.Result The total effective rate was 96%,marked effective rate was 62%,after treated by fractional CO2 laser.Conclusion Fractional CO2 laser can be used to treat various scars efficiently and safely.
