重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子用于烧伤治疗的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor,rh-bFGF,商品名扶济复)对烧伤、供皮区、残余肉芽创面愈合的影响及安全性。方法:各类创面分别选择创面深度一致、同部位或对称部位创面的患者作为受试对象,采用随机双盲自身对照法,在常规治疗的基础上,试验组加rh-bFGF,对照组不加(安慰剂组)。观察同一创面不同区域或同体对称部位创面的愈合效果。结果:采用rh-bFGF治疗的浅Ⅱ°、深Ⅱ°烧伤创面及供皮区、残余肉芽创面的愈合时间均较对照组明显缩短,中期愈合率也明显加快。结论:rh-bFGF具有促进烧伤、供皮区、残留肉芽创面的愈合作用。对烧伤深Ⅱ°、供皮区创面的促愈合作用较为明显。不良反应轻微,应用较为安全。 Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor(rhbFGF) in the treatment of burns, donor areas and granulation wounds. Methods: The wounds with same depth and location or symmetrical location were selected as trial objects, and random double-blind auto-control method was adopted. On the basis of routine therapy, rh-bFGF was added in trial group but not in control group. We observed the efficacy of rh-bFGF on different areas of the same wound or symmetrical location of the same patient. Results: The healing time was shorter in superficial Ⅱ°,deep Ⅱ°,donor areas and granulation wounds treated with rh-bFGF compared with the control group. Conclusion: rh-bFGF can promote the healing of burns, donor areas and granulation wounds, specially in treating deep Ⅱ°burn wounds and donor areas. The adverse drug reaction of rh-bFGF was minimal.
